At India Paper Bags, we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching our products. As our products are made of paper and are delicate in nature, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. 

No Return Policy 

• All products sold on India Paper Bags are non-returnable. 

• Due to the fragile nature of paper bags, returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including change of mind or preference. 

Cancellation Policy 

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. 

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. 

• For cancellation requests, customers must contact us immediately.

Refund / Replacement (Only in Genuine Cases) 

We will consider replacement or refund only in the following cases: 

• The product received is damaged during transit 

• The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered 

📌 Conditions: 

• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery 

• Clear unboxing photos or videos must be shared for verification 

• Replacement or refund will be initiated only after verification and approval 

Important Notes 

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to photography and screen differences and do not qualify for refund or replacement. 

• Customized or bulk orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
